  • Current members will not be required to pay a registration fee. All attendees must register for the conference to recieve the Zoom link, registration information and any updates. To be eligible you must have a "paid member" status in our chapter membership records for the 2023 year (Jan. 1 to Dec. 31).

Greetings from Apra Georgia!


We are excited to offer a full day of excellent programming during our virtual Fall Conference on Friday, November 3.


The conference is FREE for Apra Georgia members and $25 for non-members. If you join now before registering, your membership will carry over through 12/31/2024.


The day will begin with an optional Coffee Chat from 8:15 - 8:45 am.


There will be a 15 minute break after each session.


9:00-10:15 - Jenny Kleintop, Founder and Chief Philanthropy Operations Officer at PhilanthropyOps will be our keynote speaker. Jenny will present on Strengthening the Partnership Between Data and Frontline Professionals.


10:30-11:45 - Our longtime friend and supporter, Jon Thorsen, Advancement Services Consultant, along with Alexa Makhani, Assistant Director of Relationship Management at Washington State University Foundation will share their insights in their presentation on The Portfolio Optimization Partnership. 


11:45-12:30 - Lunch break


12:30-1:00 - Aisha Maddox, Director of Research and Relationship Management, Rollins College will host an interactive game called Georgia on My Mind. Match your wits with our pool of attendees. 


1:00-2:15 - Kathryn Van Sickle, Founder and Host of The Development Debrief Podcast will present Building Your Personal Brand.


2:30-3:45 - Sarah Clough, Vice President, Philanthropy Insights and Analytics at Marts&Lundy will present Embracing the Future: Change Management and AI in Philanthropy.


3:45-4:00 - Closing thoughts and adjournment
